    Will has won numerous awards for his organizational development work including the ATD Best award, Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Learning Elite award, American Business Award (Stevie) Gold award, and the JD Power Customer Satisfaction award, to name just a few.

    Knowledgeable in all areas of performance and process development, Will is a GE-certified Six Sigma Black Belt, skilled in working with individuals from all levels of any organization.

    Morgan is a multi-certified software development engineer and team leader with over 20 years experience designing, developing, and managing complex technology systems.

    Morgan oversees company-wide systems and software development initiatives, bringing new technologies and best practices to Coachly with an eye towards stability and scalability.

    He believes that technology is a key factor of Coachly’s competitive advantage, and is always looking for new ways to leverage the latest technology to advance the coaching and performance development industry.

    Tina Brunel is a dynamic and pragmatic leader with extensive experience managing large teams in Fortune 500 companies and successfully leading through change. Consistently recognized for her leadership high engagement scores, Tina leverages her experience from a decade at UnitedHealth Group and 8 years with Toshiba to help leaders develop tactics and best practices for keeping teams accountable, engaged and productive.

    She has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and is a certified Prosci Change Management Professional (CCMP). Tina is adept at managing relationships up to the C-level.
